Covers veterinary care for a viral illness diagnosed within 15 days of going home, up to the puppy's purchase price.
2-Year Congenital And Hereditary Warranty
Covers life-altering congenital or hereditary conditions diagnosed in the first two years, as written in your warranty.
Optional 10-Year Health Warranty
Extended coverage for years 3 through 10 is available. Ask our team for the full terms.
You Keep Your Puppy
We never require a puppy to be returned or surrendered to honor a warranty. Your written warranty explains what's covered, how to file and what records you'll need. Please read it before you sign.

Warranty Questions
What's the difference between congenital and hereditary?
A congenital condition develops before birth from non-genetic causes. A hereditary condition is passed down through genes. Your veterinarian can explain more.
Has my puppy seen a veterinarian?
Yes. Puppies are checked by a veterinarian at the breeder and again after they arrive at our store.
Is routine deworming covered?
No. Continuing the deworming schedule is normal puppy care. Ask your veterinarian about next steps.
